Many of our products are made to order to avoid overproduction. Due to this, there are no returns or exchanges on any orders if the incorrect product is ordered on the customer's behalf.

Orders could potentially be changed or canceled if the product has not been manufactured yet, and this matter should be resolved through email or Instagram DM.

Dark Horse is not liable for any stolen/lost packages, as well as any packages that were shipped to the wrong address. If your package is lost or missing, you must contact the shipping carrier for further information. If your package tracking number states that the item was delivered, we suggest contacting the shipping carrier to further help locate your package, as it might have been misplaced or stolen.

No refunds or exchanges are offered if the address provided by the customer was incorrect.
